    碳水化合物对人体好还是坏

    碳水化合物对人体既有好处也有坏处。食用适量的碳水化合物可以提供能量，补充营养，维持身体健康。但如果长期大量食用碳水化合物，可能会导致血糖波动、营养失衡、肥胖等问题。

    碳水化合物的相关知识
    食物中的碳水化合物分为两类:人们能够吸收利用的有效碳水化合物和人们不能消化的无效碳水化合物。碳水化合物是自然界中最丰富的有机化合物。

    碳水化合物的主要食物来源有:糖类、谷物(如大米、燕麦、高粱等。)、水果(如甘蔗、甜瓜等。)、干果、豆干、块根类蔬菜(如胡萝卜、红薯等。)，等等。

    营养专家普遍认为，人每天50%~60%的热量应该来自碳水化合物。由于碳水化合物的不同，建议人们谨慎选择饮食。
